Uproot the Cause of Disease by Changing your Diet

Imagine:

You feel balanced, nourished and confident.  

You start your day on the right foot, and are less stressed.  

You feel light and energized after lunch instead of sluggish and bloated.

 

I knew the crux of natural healing was deeply connected with what I chose to eat.  What I didn’t realize was that the how and when is the defining factor when it comes to using food as medicine.
I look forward to the changing seasons, and naturally feel my cravings changing, and know how to adjust my diet to these subtle shifts. I used to catch everything that was going around, and now I rarely catch a cold.  I’m more in tune with my body, and I know how to make choices to support my strength and immunity.

I surround myself with people who will support me to continue to make positive choices, and continue to fine-tune my self awareness.

The Healing Diet is a live an online program, and the Spring program begins March 8.

  • Over the course of 10 weeks you’ll learn the core principles of Ayurveda and create a healing diet plan for yourself, and start to follow it.
  • You will learn about the principles of healing through diet, then apply them to your own body, week by week.
  • You will learn how to choose what foods will balance your individual constitution for now, through the seasons, and for the rest of your life.

And I’m not by any means a highly disciplined person.

The difference is who I surround myself with, and that I truly believe that change in our healthcare system begins with how I take care of myself.

I study a little bit everyday, and spend the time cooking for myself and constantly applying the principles over and over again. I pass on the most vital knowledge from Ayurveda, and my personal experiences of applying this knowledge to The Healing Diet program. I’m attracting people who are interested in eating right for their body type and eating with the seasons, and who are ready for a plan to follow that will improve their health.

So that is the focus for this Spring.

For The Healing Diet the focus is:

  1. Learn about your personal elemental makeup.
  2. Find your place in the larger picture of real wellness.
  3. Learn practical tools to digest better and have a stronger metabolism.
  4. Create and follow your own meal plan.
  5. Put it into action.
  6. Keep it in action.

Once you start learning this stuff, there’s no going back…you’ll see the principles in all parts of your life.  You’ll inevitably start helping your friends, your family, and if you’re a yoga teacher, your students.  Simple changes are not always easy – don’t go it alone.
