Join Adena Rose Harford, Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant and Yoga Specialist for a 4-class series this Spring at Farrell Chiropractic.

In this class we will focus on using simple techniques to cleanse the internal organs after a long, cold winter, and use breath and posture to calm an over-stimulated nervous system, as well as safely support the spine.  We will enjoy simple moments of silence and stillness in this all-levels class.

We will be practicing breath retention and prone postures for a portion of this class, so it is not recommended if you are pregnant. Adena has been teaching yoga for 6 years at Yoga Vermont in Burlington, and regularly sees private clients for yoga, massage and Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultations.

Join Adena Rose Harford, Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant and Yoga Specialist for 3 classes this January at Farrell Chiropractic – a taste of what’s to come in 2013!
In this class we will focus on rejuvenating a sluggish system after holiday indulgence, while at the same time learning practices and postures to calm an over-stimulated nervous system.  We will link gently flowing movements with breath, and enjoy simple posture and stillness – all levels are welcome – you can’t do it wrong!  See this as a chance to take same time for yourself after all you give.  Adena has been teaching yoga for 6 years at Yoga Vermont in Burlington, and regularly sees private clients.  The series might make a great last-minute gift for your new yoga buddy. 🙂
