Welcome ~ I am thrilled to bring this wisdom into one, organized yet organic place, in the Sacred Spiral Ayurveda Collective.

This collective is born out of intensives I have taught in the past in women’s health and womb healing, as well as the top self healing I share regularly with my 1 on 1 clients.

It is also arising from the way I really, truly incorporate my Ayurveda into my regular life and the ebb and flow of the seasonal cycles. How I work with and have worked with Ayurveda through my own self healing journey walking through and into motherhood and beyond.

It is these self healing tools, learning to utilize simple kitchen herbalism, and small yet powerful tweaks in my eating habits that have made the most difference in my personal health, and in here I get to share it all, slowly and surely, over the course of our year together.

The collective is focused on supporting women establish a better self care practice, and to see how the little things add up when done regularly. It will bring you regular reminders, inspiration to try something new, and a container in which to feel guided and supported with self-empowered healing over time, season by season.

Rituals for Self Healing: Herbs, Oil and Breath

Establishing Rituals for Self Healing for all seasons, ‘daily’ practices for a foundation of hormonal balance, better sleep and functional energy. DInacharya, daily rhythm, is the foundation of self healing in Ayurveda.

We will focus on the best ones for women’s hormones, including nourishing herbal infusions for cellular hydration, establishing a daily breath practice, and the life-saving technique of abhyanga, self massage with healing oils.

Mastering your Metabolism with Ayurveda

Learning about the healing dietary principles of Ayurveda will leave you immune to fad diets. We will focus on the concept of agni, or our metabolic fire, and how it is vital to our long and short-term health, as well as Ayurveda tips and tricks for keeping it strong.

This will include eating guidelines unique to Ayurveda, as well as teas and spice recipes based on seasonal needs. “You’re only as old as your agni,” says Dr. Lad.
