I have put the turkey breast (previously mentioned) in my new crockpot – birthday present!
On a bed of:
– scallions
– onion (chopped)
– parsnips
– celery
Stuffed (under the skin) with:
– a ton of sage
– thyme from the garden
– 1/2 stick of butter
Salt & pepper.
We’ll have home-made cranberry sauce and mashed potatoes.
