An Ayurvedic Cleanse: The General Outline for your 7 Days

Preparation

Day 1: Clean diet, dinacharya practices

Days 2-5: Kitchari mono-diet, digestive teas, dinacharya

Day 6: Optional: 1 day of silence, cont. with Kitchari mono-diet, digestive teas, dinacharya

Day 7: Clean diet – reintegration recipes, dinacharya

Post-cleanse: Continue with a clean, whole foods diet for as long as possible.  Continue doing the dinacharya practices that serve you best.

Organic Sesame oil, or an herbalized oil for your dosha (~ 16 oz)

Tongue Scraper, or metal spoon

Neti pot (optional)

Coriander, cumin, fennel seeds for digestive tea
