Stick with the daily routine. Begin to incorporate other whole foods – different cooked vegetables, fresh fruits, different grains, eggs and or nuts if you eat them – today, but take note of what you eat. If you eat wheat, notice how it affects you. If you try dairy, take note if you feel signs of indigestion – nausea, bloating, gas, or acid reflux.
You may be more sensitive certain foods, as you’re more in tune with your agni after the cleanse. You have a clean slate, and are more apt to notice where any symptoms are coming from! Learn to listen to these signs and symptoms, and modify your diet accordingly. Remember, CCF tea, and ginger tea will continue to strengthen your digestion, as well as following the ‘Tips for Optimal Digestion’ I shared on Day 1.
